Plate to Graduate
The up-and-coming talent at EIT are set to impress when they plate up a 10-course degustation, featuring Hawke’s Bay’s freshest and best produce. These NZ Diploma in Cookery (Level 5) students will be preparing their own dishes, showcasing what they have learned throughout the year: including modernist cuisine, techniques and plating methods. They will also be letting you in on the story behind each dish, and the inspiration taken from Hawke’s Bay’s incredible suppliers, terroir and producers. Each dish will be thoughtfully matched with wine, served by NZ Certificate in Food and Beverage (Level 4) students.
Ticket includes all food and wine including a welcome drink as well as a booklet containing information and recipes of all the dishes
