Meat lovers, rejoice! Mac’s Hawke’s Bay built Asado Charcoal Grill will be cranked with meats from around the world – Argentinian Steak, Jerk Chicken, Japanese Yakitori, South African Brai. Chef Nik will be on the grill along with the guys from Gourmeats, offering tips and tricks on all thing’s meat and BBQ’ing.
Chefs' Lisa and Zana will be in the kitchen talking and demonstrating all things Salads, Sauces & Condiments with fantastic recipe giveaways.
Three Hawke’s Bay wineries will be on hand to taste some of their outstanding wines and talk you through any wine related questions you may have... including Pieter Koopman from Hopesgrove, John Hancock from Hancock & Sons and Jason Stent from Paritua.
Fancy a gin? No problem. There will also be a masterclass/tasting with the experts from Mineral including Reid & Reid Martinborough Gin, Roots Marlborough Gin & Australian Hemp Gin.
Don’t worry, we didn’t forget about the beer aficionados – there will also be a beer tasting with Sunshine Brewery, plus Wardini's Books there with a selection of the finest food, wine and beverage books to peruse.
You will have a map of the different areas/tastings to cruise around between 12:00pm – 1:30pm, followed by a buffet lunch indulging in asado meat platters, salads, sauces, condiments and the like, all while chilling to South American beats from a DJ.

Ticket price includes an informal Masterclasses (meats, salads, sauces, wines, beers & gins), x2 75ml wine tastings per winery, x2 75ml Beer Tasting x3 15ml Gin Tastings, full Asado Buffet Lunch to DJ tunes and recipe cards to take away.
