The up-and-coming talent at EIT are set to impress when they plate up a 10-course degustation, featuring Hawke’s Bay’s freshest and best produce.
These NZ Diploma in Cookery (Level 5) students will prepare their own dishes, showcasing what they have learned throughout the year, including modernist cuisine, techniques and plating methods.
They will also let you in on the story behind each dish, and the inspiration taken from Hawke’s Bay’s own suppliers, terroir and producers. Each dish will be thoughtfully matched with wine, served by NZ Certificate in Food and Beverage (Level 4) students.
