Foraged Cocktail Degustation
Join Bistronomy's award winning bar manager Andrea Marseglia, most recently behind the success of Auckland's best bar Madame George (Metro Magazine 2020) as he creates a stunning five-piece cocktail menu based on botanicals that he has foraged locally. Each unique cocktail will be matched with a specially designed tapa from chef James Beck's kitchen.
Rock on up and sample a selection of cocktails and tapas, or settle in for the night to try Andrea and James' full degustation. The cocktails are served small, so you can stay classy. This is a walk up event.
