Ever wondered how your favourite Chardonnay is made? Join us for this behind the scenes tour of Askerne winery and learn about the wine making process. You will taste from old and new barrels, find out about different Chardonnay clones, wild yeast versus cultured yeast and how we make our blending decisions followed by a tasting of the three finished 2019 Chardonnays under our cellar door verandah.
