Sarah, Pastry Chef of Mademoiselle Pâtisserie, shares her passion in this hands-on experience to bake elegant French macarons from start to finish.
Using Italian meringue method and filling with different ganaches (salted butter caramel, chocolate), you will work through the steps from creating the batter, to piping and filling these delicious biscuits.
Mademoiselle Pâtisserie classes are a real French experience (accent included). This class is for everyone from complete beginner to experienced bakers. Anyone who wants to learn to bake in a small group and convivial atmosphere at the gorgeous Farmhouse Kitchen in Havelock North, will thoroughly enjoy this three hour workshop.
