Join us for an immersive baking and discover all the secrets of a buttery Brioche. From kneading the dough to shaping in different ways (balls, with crunchy dome, cinnamon rolls, plaited brioche and more) and finally filling with custard or caramel before proving and cooking... and eating. Mademoiselle patisserie classes are a real French experience (accent included)

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced baker, those workshops welcome everyone who wants to learn to bake in a small group and in a convivial atmosphere.
You will learn all the secrets you need to recreate the magic in your own kitchen back at home.

Workshops are 3h of fun baking and you always take home your own creations to enjoy afterwards
