Jody Scott

Jody is Zeffer’s head cidermaker – a clever English chap who has been making wine and cider for more than 12 years. He was born and raised in the cider regions of the United Kingdom and having learned the art of fermentation in England’s West Country, he honed his craft in the vineyards of Normandy, Adelaide and California. Jody is passionate about all things cider and is on a mission to show people just how good craft cider from Hawke’s Bay can be. He has won several prestigious cidermaking awards during his time at Zeffer.  For this very special F.A.W.C! workshop Jody will lead guests through a cider tasting and showcase Zeffer’s newest cider – a Rosé Cider with Berry Infusion.
