A pastry chef and tutor, Hawke’s Bay local Dana has a deft touch and creative eye. Her attention to detail and understanding of flavour and textural combinations are pure Wow! factor. Dana has extensive experience on the line in some of Hawke’s Bay’s best restaurants including Elephant Hill, Black Barn Te Awa, and Malo; all this after talking herself into a training school when she was just thirteen.
