Main areas of interest – All things charcuterie, cheese making , local produce, new and old fashioned cooking methods.

Level 5 Patisserie Tutor
Studied in Rotorua. Head Patisserie Chef for Kauri Cliffs and Cape Kidnappers.
Main Interests – all things Patisserie and Baking – especially cake decorating and chocolate work.

Grant McHenry
Level 4 cookery Tutor
Studied with NZ Army. Worked at Te Awa farm.
Main Interests – Imparting knowledge to students, modernist cooking techniques and speciality events.

Amanda Libeau
Level 3 and 4 chef tutor
Studied at Waikato and EIT, Worked with Dish Catering
Main Interests – All things food – and passing that passion on to new students. Keeping on learning – it is such a dynamic industry which never stops evolving.

Kylie Howard
Level 3 and Trades Academy chef tutor
Studied at Waikato. Head Chef at Vidals, Hastings.
Main Interests – Inspiring school students and those new to the industry into the Hospitality Industry – especially cooking.

Stefan Schmith
Level 3-4 Bakery tutor
Studied in Germany. Known in Hawkes Bay as ‘The Pizza Guy’ with his mobile pizza truck.
Main interests - All things baking, farmers markets and pizza!
