Fabien Le Gall


Chef Fabien Le Gall has worked in the haute cuisine industry for over 20 years. Born and raised in France, he trained at the prestigious “Auberge des Saints pères” in Paris. Excelling in his training, Fabien went on to work in Michelin star establishments before opening his own restaurant in Le Marais, Paris. Fabien moved to Wellington in 2013 to take up the role of Head Chef at the French Embassy. Now married to a Napier-born Kiwi, Fabien lives in Wellington with his wife and their baby girl.
