Greg is now preparing stunning fare from local produce at Valley d'Vine Restaurant, situated at Linden Estate in Hawke's Bay's Esk Valley. He’s innovative, his menus are enticing and he has a clever way of making the provision of food for large groups very affordable and appealing. Greg specializes in weddings and onsite events and concerts.
