Ian Thomas


Involved in food and catering for over 20 years, cooking breakfast for groups large and small all around New Zealand, Thomas has combined his love of local farm produce with his passion for rustic Mediterranean inspired dishes. During a three year stint in rural Tuscany he farmed on a small holding, producing his own vegetables, fruit, wine, olive oil, salami and sausage. This immersion in traditional food is reflected in Thomas’ catering today.
