Jason Wither was born and raised cooking on coals in Zimbabwe, but now calls Manawatu home. Entering national BBQ competitions and cooking all over New Zealand in his custom food truck with off-set stick burner.  Jason is following his passion, creating specialty rubs, perfecting sauces & creating smoking perfection giving you MEAT CANDY.  Meat Candy believes in low and slow, traditional Texas BBQ.
