Jenny Parton is the director and executive chef at Dish Catering, one of Hawke's Bays most well known Catering companies. Jenny’s influence is everywhere at Dish and her unique bold style is stamped all over their signature dishes. She has held executive chef positions at numerous notable acclaimed restaurants which has enabled her to represent New Zealand on a global scale at the World Gourmet summit in Singapore, promotional tours in Hong Kong, Myanmar, and the Grand Hyatt Bangkok. This Asian exposure underpins many flavour combinations that make Dish so recognizable Jenny greatly enjoys the challenges of catering as she takes great pleasure in communicating directly with her guests and designing menus which will suit each client perfectly. She has lived in Hawke's Bay since 1995 and is a mother of two young boys who she describes as the light of her life but keep her very busy when shes not full steam ahead cooking gourmet creations for 400 or so! Dish catering have been catering for spectacular wine and food events at Church Road since 2010 and also run a 7 day a la carte restaurant in the fabulous Tom McDonald Cellar.
