A passionate foodie, Prue Campbell owns and operates both The Brantry restaurant and Yum Food Company in Taupo.

Prue has spent the past 17 years building a strong reputation for The Brantry restaurant, which is renowned for its exceptional food and service and remains at the forefront of cuisine in Taupo with innovative food and showcase events.

Prue also installs her love of food into the Yum Food Company, which provides top end catering for events and weddings, as well as personalised dining experiences through in-home chef services.

A trained chef with a love of New Zealand cuisine and locally sourced quality produce, Prue has been an ambassador for New Zealand Beef & Lamb, championing the products far and wide including a visit to Italy to inspire the food service sector to creatively use New Zealand beef and lamb products.

Prue likes to push the boundaries in the creation of innovative dishes and dining experiences and her ongoing enthusiasm for the food service industry and contemporary New Zealand cuisine is awe-inspiring.
