Stefan Loetscher started training at a young age in Switzerland. Experiences range from Gault Millau and Michelin star rated restaurants, hotels to a private exclusive hospital .…all in Switzerland. And of course his own Pure Restaurant in Auckland/Herne Bay (from 2012 )…after Pure he started tutoring at Celia Hay’s NZ School of Food and Wine.
Today Stefan is owner and chef of Oak Estate.
