Tewi Barbarich is a new Head Chef to look out for! After graduating from the EIT in 2013 he started his career at Crab Farm Winery as a Larder Chef and has quickly worked his way through the ranks to Head Chef. Tewi’s enthusiastic love of food was developed at a young age from his farm upbringing in Motu, near Gisborne. His love of the outdoors inspired a passion for fresh local produce and in particular seafood. Tewi embraces experimenting with new flavour combinations with a contemporary flair.
