Jason Lambert

Seasoned hospitality professional and qualified sommelier Jason joined the Smith & Sheth team in 2020 as a Heretaunga Studio, wine lounge and tasting room host. His current dual role with Aotearoa New Zealand Fine Wine Estates sees him leading the Village Oenothèque in Havelock North while nurturing local trade customers and business development opportunities for the Smith & Sheth, Pyramid Valley and Lowburn Ferry brands.  Since graduating from Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), Jason has been involved in the food and wine programmes for many of the region’s most celebrated establishments including Craggy Range, Black Barn, Mister D Dining, and the Eat Drink Share Group
