Logan Wilson
Timaru native Logan Wilson has been plying his trade at the iconic Dunedin restaurant No7 Balmac since 2017. During his time there he has been recognised by his peers as a leading light in the local food scene securing a coveted Cuisine Hat in 2023, and this year has been selected as a finalist in the Beef + Lamb NZ Ambassador Chef programme.
Logans menus are heavily influenced by the high quality of New Zealand Beef and Lamb, combined with flavours and styles from around the world.
